Keep FS Monitor on the same local network.
FS Monitor must be on the same local network as the ProPresenter computer. Running both applications on the same computer is preferred, but it is not required.

Then download.
FS Monitor is the church-side FollowScreens application. Before installing it, confirm these two requirements with your presentation and audio teams.
FOR CAPTIONS AND TRANSLATION
Send church audio directly into FS Monitor.
Connect a direct audio feed from the church sound system or mixer to the computer running FS Monitor. FollowScreens does not rely on or request microphones from congregants’ devices.
For the church computer—not congregants’ phones
One installer in the booth. No attendee app rollout.
Only the church runs FS Monitor. Congregants open FS Viewer in their browser using the church’s link or QR code; they do not install this application or provide microphone access.
