1. Card-required 14-day trial
A valid payment method is required to start the 14-day trial. The checkout page will show the selected plan, monthly or annual price, when the trial begins, the date the first charge is expected, and how to cancel. The trial is limited to one per church or organization unless FollowScreens approves otherwise in writing.
The current product design starts the trial when the first authorized FS Monitor installation activates. The final checkout and activation flow will display the controlling start and charge dates before launch.
2. Reminder policy
We intend to keep trial email minimal. Customers should expect necessary account and billing messages and one clear trial-ending reminder before the first subscription charge, plus receipts, security notices, and cancellation confirmations. We do not plan to send repeated countdown emails.
3. Recurring subscriptions
Unless canceled, the selected subscription automatically renews monthly or annually using the payment method on file. Prices, billing frequency, included live hours, and any usage charges will be disclosed before Customer consents. Taxes may be added where required.
Monthly allowances reset each billing month, including for annual subscribers, unless the checkout terms state otherwise.
4. Live usage and overages
Plans include a stated number of live service hours. Usage is based on authoritative service-session duration and may include time that a streaming session remains open. Customer will be able to see usage and reset information in FS Monitor or the account page as metering becomes available.
The final overage rate and best-price protection will be shown at checkout before any charge can apply. The current proposed model is exact-time metering with a per-hour rate and a cap preventing a Customer from paying more than the appropriate higher plan for usage within that tier. No overage price is effective until it is disclosed and accepted.
5. Cancellation
Customers may cancel through the secure online billing portal. Cancellation during the trial prevents the first subscription charge if completed before the displayed trial deadline. Cancellation after payment normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and access remains available through that date unless otherwise stated.
We will not require a phone call to cancel a subscription started online.
6. Refunds and billing corrections
Subscription and usage charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or where FollowScreens determines that a billing error occurred. Contact us promptly about duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges. We may issue credits or corrections at our discretion without creating an obligation to do so in other cases.
7. Failed payments
If payment fails, we may retry the payment, notify the billing contact, provide a reasonable recovery period, or limit new service starts after notice. We will not intentionally terminate a live service already underway solely because a payment failed during that service. Continued nonpayment may result in suspension.
8. Price changes
Price changes apply prospectively. We will provide notice before changing a recurring subscription price and will obtain any consent required by law. Existing annual terms will not be repriced mid-term unless Customer changes plans or agrees otherwise.
